Services Policy

1. Bookings & Payment
All sessions must be paid for in advance. Bookings are only guaranteed upon receipt of payment.All payments must be made via the secure payment links provided.Refunds cannot be offered for delivered services.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule without charge.Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full and may or may not not be rescheduled, at the discretion of your therapist.In the case of emergency or illness, rescheduling without charge may be considered.

3. Late Arrivals & Missed Sessions
Sessions will end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late. If you do not attend within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show and charged in full.

Missed sessions cannot be refunded or carried over unless otherwise agreed.

4. Session Format & Access
Online sessions:
You’ll receive an online meeting link to access each scheduled session.It is the clients responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free environment.

Face-to-face sessions:
Sessions will take place at a suitable location to be agreed and confirmed.For home visits, it is the clients responsibility to provide a suitable space for therapy that is clean, safe, and free from distractions.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All therapy sessions are private and confidential.Session notes and personal data are securely stored in accordance with UK GDPR.

Information will only be shared with other relevant persons with consent, unless legally required (e.g. safeguarding).

Sessions must not be recorded by clients without prior agreement.Sessions may be recorded by the therapist or Saltroad for the purposes of Clinical Review, Transcription, Report Writing, Clinical Note Taking and / or Training AI models to support service delivery (where explicit consent is provided).

This Services Policy is incorporated into Saltroad's Client Terms of Use, which remain the primary agreement between you and Saltroad and prevail in the event of any conflict. Nothing in this Services Policy affects your statutory rights, including any statutory cooling-off period.
